The architectural firm of Geddes, Brecher, and Qualls built the Cooper Jewelry
store in 1959.
Before the Franklin National Bank of Philadelphia was built on this site, the
property was used as an art gallery, piano store as well as the National School
of Elocution & Oratory. The #1416 address was also home to the Cooper Jewlry
store which was built in 1959 by Geddes, Brecher, and Qualls. The Franklin National
Bank of Philadelphia sat on a piece of property 54 feet by 230. The building
