ABOUT ISA

The International Students’ Association (ISA) at Haverford College is an organization of 60 students that aims to foster a better understanding between the international students and other students at Haverford. Besides helping out with the International Students’ Orientation prior to Customs Week every year, we aim to provide a support system and a discussion forum for both international students as well as others as they forge a close relationship and encounter different cultures and lifestyles at Haverford. These aims obviously throw open the membership to all Haverford students interested in learning more about the world, discussing issues of international concern and encounter different perspectives in the process. ISA hopes to also be able to provide support and guidance to exchange students and Haverford students who are either going abroad to study or have come back from abroad and need to discuss their views and thoughts about their experiences.
