All Are Welcome! No experience necessary!

Join us for a student-led silent meeting for worship in the tradition of unprogrammed Friends at Quaker House (Haverford College Apartment 50) from 12-1pm on Sunday. On most weeks we stay for a brief period of tea and fellowship after the rise of meeting.

If you have never experienced an unprogrammed Friends meeting for worship, but are curious to find out more, the clerks(s) of QuaC or a member of Quaker House would be happy to talk with you. "Unprogrammed" refers to the fact that our meetings for worship are grounded in silent, expectant waiting. If someone feels led by the spirit to share a message, it is received in the gathered silence.

For those who would like to attend meeting off campus: Prof. Yoko Koike and her husband are regularly willing to drive students to Central Philadelphia Monthly Meeting (or Arch Street Meeting if they are attending there due to construction at Friend's Center).
