I. Moment of Silence
II. Guests
Emily Romero, Charlotte Hoffman, Katie, Jenn Louie, and Matt Bartlett came to the SC meeting, and they want SC to consider whether or not to hold weekly plenary meetings to organize special plenary. They were also upset about the mass e-mail SC sent out, because they felt it was hurtful.

In response to the guests, Samir said there is going to be a special plenary, so SC will print up plenary packets, reserve a time and date. SC will also have a meeting to discuss the rules of order, and that meeting will be open for the community.

III. Recording Studio
SC will be having a meeting for all students on Monday Night. The recording studio will be installed this summer.

IV. Committee Reports
Appointments-Scott will work on more appointments after Spring Break

Budgeting-Jeremy and Jaime are working on the BiCo budget.

Activities-Activities helped Co-Sponsor the Vagina Monologues party and the Hiram set.
