   a. Scott welcomed everyone to the second semester. Overview of SC’s responsibilities.

III. Committees

a. Beth described the responsibilities of Activities Committee.
b. Andrew discussed Budgeting Committee.
c. Lauren discussed Appointments Committee.
d. Committees were assigned to Dorm Reps.

V. Plenary- 2/16/03

a. Resolution Discussion 2/12/03 at 10 pm

VI. Concert

a. Bid put in for Mighty Mighty BossTones
b. Begin selling tickets at Plenary- Haverford first, then Bryn Mawr, then Swat

VII. Comment Board

a. We will be heavily enforcing the rule that the comments on the Comment Board must be signed with the FULL NAME. Initials are not acceptable. SC will be posting a warning letter and after that anonymous and inappropriately signed comments will be covered with tape.

a. More SC Dances- Improve Publicity
