II. Committee Reports

a. Activities- Screw was a big success. Snowball is Friday, December 13. Dates have been scheduled for next semester.
b. Budgeting- Loan was made to the Looney Tunes to help pay for their CD. The treasurers met with the Haverfest Head, Jenn Witlock, and things are running smoothly.
c. Appointments- Frank Pittinger will replace Annie Karnie on the Collection Committee when she goes abroad next semester. No one applied for Committee on Environmental Planning. Will be opened again next semester. CRISIS with Commencement Committee- still no one has applied.

III. FIG- Will and Scott met with ACC and spoke about FIG. It can’t be done completely without the help of ACC. Terms need to be set between the students and ACC. Hopefully, the program will be up and running by next semester. The current portal page is: www.students.haverford.edu/gmunson/go.html. Check it out.

IV. Comfort Basement- Scott is sending Robin Doan a proposal and she will speak to security regarding the next step.

V. Greg and David have been clearing out and cleaning Gummere basement. They are trying to keep the laundry facilities clean.

VI. Dorm Rep Thoughts

a. Joe reported that there are a lot of hooks in the bathroom. Joe has been in contact with the physical plant and improvements have been made with the showers and water temperatures.
b. Elizabeth spoke to physical plant regarding the showers in Lunt and plans have been made to put a new pump in the north dorms showers.
c. Jon D. spoke about the new DC policy. If you are on the full meal plan you are allotted 50 swipes per week. This new policy is currently in effect.
